Description

Pumping stations of the DNS-Gr series on the basis of coal pumps, soil and slurry pumps. Pumping stations based on soil pumps are designed for pumping abrasive slurries with a density of up to 2200 kg / m3, a pH value of 6-12, a temperature of 5 to 70 ° C, with a volume concentration of solid inclusions up to 30% and a microhardness of up to 11000 MPa.

Pumping stations based on coal pumps are designed for pumping a coal-water chemically neutral slurry (pH = 6 ÷ 8) with a solid particle size of no more than 70 mm, with a solid-to-liquid phase ratio by mass no more than S: W = 1: 3 and rock content in solid phase from 15% to 40%, with a temperature from + 1 ° С to + 50 ° С.

Compliance

Diesel pumping units CSN comply with the technical regulations of the customs union: TR CU 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment." The climatic version of the pump unit is UHL GOST 15150-69 with an ambient temperature from -10°C to +50°C.

Manufacturer's warranty

The warranty period is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from the date of commissioning or 2000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

Horizontal centrifugal groundwater pumps are used for pumping abrasive slurries (pulps) with high solids content (up to 30% by volume), the density of the pumped slurry to 1600 kg/m3* hydrogen pH from 6 to 12, the max size of pumped solid particles not more than 200 mm, and temperature of the pumped slurry to 70 °C (optional up to 120 °C).
