Supply of equipment for a diamond mining company

Three pumping stations Motorcon DNC-1250/63 went to extract diamonds at one of the ALROSA deposits in Yakutia. They would have to perform a responsible task - to supply clean water to the washing devices! This is one of the main technological processes of diamond mining.

The equipment is intended for use in the most severe conditions, so the station received a special design: 

• all elements of the frame are made of metal with a thickness of 8 mm and have a rigid spatial structure of reinforced strength.
  
• specialized industrial vibration absorbers  and vibration compensation inserts of increased strength are designed for the maximum possible loads and forces.
  
• They reduce vibrations when working and moving equipment.
  
• platforms-steps and handrails for convenient  work  of  an operator
  
• powerful external led floodlights for safe operation at night-time.
