Time frames of carrying out of starting-up and adjustment works
- Visual inspection of equipment for external mechanical damage, checking completeness.
- Checking the level of process fluids, charging batteries.
- Installation of attachments and additional equipment to be dismantled during transportation:
- Checking the quality of installation of the main mechanical components of the equipment, the pressure and suction main (when connecting a pumping unit) or power cables (when connecting a diesel generator).
- Checking the functioning of control system.
- Checking and configuring the operation of equipment at idle and under load, including auxiliary systems (for container versions).
- Technical instruction of the customer's personnel on the rules of equipment operation.
- Registration of the act on commissioning of equipment.
It is important to remember that during commissioning by unskilled specialists, your equipment may get damaged and fail before the warranty period.
